Uninsured Services

Please note that the following services are uninsured by OHIP and a fee will be charged, please see below for pricing details.

Sinus X-ray’s – X008 – $45.00

Chest x-rays for Immigration purposes – X090 – $40.00

Consultation reports for Chiropractic exams – A335 – $15.00

High Risk Bone Densitometry (within 1 year of last exam) – X155 – $170.00

Lawyer Offices – Copies of Patient’s Chart – $30.00 for the first 20 pages and $0.25 for over 20 pages for each additional page and $10.00 for CD

MedChart – Copies of Patient’s Chart – $30.00 for the first 20 pages and $0.25 for over 20 pages for each additional page (The fee included the CD)

CD of Images/Report – pick up at clinic – Free

Third party access to medical records – PocketHealth – https://www.pockethealth.com

Third Party – Rho patient report – https://www.dtp.16bit.ai/ – opportunistic screen for low BMD – $9.99 + HST

If you are having any of the above uninsured examinations you will be required to sign a consent form giving us consent to go ahead with the examination and that you also agree to pay the associated fee.
